Primetta House is a quiet villa just outside the walls of San Gimignano.
The structure offers two living room solutions. The first is an apartment with separate entrance consisting of a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed – with the possibility of adding a single on request – and a garden equipped with table and chairs.
The other solution is the master bedroom, two in all within the structure: one has a private terrace, the other in the garden.
Each room is equipped with a TV and a fan.
Surrounded by a garden equipped with chairs and deck chairs, it offers its guests cool and shaded areas to relax while reading a good book, and exposed areas where you can enjoy the warm rays of the Tuscan sun.
Every morning a breakfast of sweet and savory products awaits you in the dining room or under the gazebo of the garden: croissants, bread, cold meats, fresh fruit and much more.
